How do I set up voicemail?

We do voicemail a little differently from our competitors, instead of having to ring up and listen to an automated voice drone on for ages we simply send you an email every time you receive a voicemail. You'll need to contact us in order to provision this service.

To change your personalised greeting, simply dial 1571 and record your message after the tone.

I'm not getting very good/any coverage...

Our service runs on the O2 network which boasts 96% voice coverage. However, no network is perfect and sadly there will always be some locations where you don't get the cherished 5 bars of signal.
