Your service will be activated on the date that we communicated with you via email, it'll also be written on the booklet that will come with your Wireless Router (if requested, otherwise sent out seperately). 

If you requested a wireless router, you should receive this within 5 business days (depending on Royal Mail). If you don't already have broadband in your premesis, you can go ahead and plug everything in already, but make sure you don't turn it on just yet, wait for your installation day.
